• Payment confirmation data (we do not store full card numbers).

3. How we use it

We use personal data to process bookings, communicate confirmations and travel logistics, share necessary details with the chosen Institute, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.

4. Sharing

We share booking data with the Institute selected by the family, with payment processors to take payment, and with hosting/analytics providers under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep booking records for as long as necessary to comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations, typically up to seven years.

6. Your rights

7. International transfers
