1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LinguaLink (the "Platform"), operated as a marketplace connecting students and families with accredited language schools (each, an "Institute"). By using the Platform you agree to these terms.
2. Our role
LinguaLink acts as an intermediary. Tuition, accommodation and related services are supplied by the Institute, not by LinguaLink. Invoices and contracts of carriage are issued on behalf of the relevant Institute.
3. Bookings and payment
Prices shown on the Platform reflect the rates published by each Institute and are charged in GBP unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and the Institute has issued a written confirmation.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation policies are set by each Institute and are presented before payment. LinguaLink will facilitate refund requests on your behalf but cannot override the Institute's published terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or submit false information during the booking process.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaLink is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from services delivered by an Institute. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
